Your fundraising

As a participant in the Artemis Highland 100, you and your team are asked to raise a minimum of £400 per person. All sponsorship cheques must be made payable to the Artemis Charitable Foundation, which will allocate the funds to its two selected charities.

Your support will make a real difference - thank you!

Just Giving

One of the easiest and most tax efficient ways of fundraising is through your own Just Giving page. Let Just Giving do all the legwork and start raising money now for the Artemis Charitable Foundation by creating your own page at www.justgiving.com/artemis.

Add the total of any cheques or cash you receive to the offline funds on your Just Giving page to reflect your true fundraising total!

Cheque payments

Once you've collected your funds, make your cheque payable to the Artemis Charitable Foundation and send to:

The Artemis Highland 100
42 Melville Street
Edinburgh
EH3 7HA

Please state whether the monies are to be directed to CHAS, CRUK or both. To assist with allocating the sponsorship monies to the correct team/person, you may wish to collate all your donations before sending them with this letter to the address above, clearly noting your name and team name.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid allows The Artemis Charitable Foundation to maximise the benefit from your donations. This means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. Please be sure to include your postal code in order to register for this option.

This may not sound like much but think of it this way, if you raise £500, Gift Aid will increase it to £640. So to ensure that you don't miss out on this fantastic scheme, make sure your sponsors tick the gift aid box on your sponsorship form and include their name and full postal address, including postal code, if they are eligible, on both the sponsorship form and any offline cheques.
